We provide an active rehabilitation program for WSIB clients. The steps followed are inform manager, report WSIB injury, make claim, start treatment at Wilson Massage and Physio once claim is accepted. We do help in paperwork assistance needed from clinic to WSIB board.
Receiving Physiotherapy for lower back pain and torn rotator cuff. I find the Physiotherapist very professional, patient and friendly when explaining the exercises. She was extremely thorough during the inital assessment. From the minute you walk in the receptionist makes you feel welcome, answering any questions you may have. The Physiotherapist Assistant are professional and friendly.
